SCTC Flint River Campus
The Thomaston-based Flint River Campus of Southern Crescent Technical College offers the support of its $8 million Industrial Training Center (Bldg. E) which opened in 2010. This campus provides industrial programs in: automotive maintenance, commercial truck driving, diesel technology, HVAC, industrial systems technology, and welding. New or expanding industries may partner with Southern Crescent Technical College to custom-design a training program with Georgia’s award-winning QuickStart program. Further workforce training is available through the college’s (accredited) academic curriculum at the certificate, diploma, or associate degree level.
