US Highway 19, SR 74 and SR 36 all provide transportation options to our community.

Railroads, Airports, and Ports

Upson County is in a unique position to serve as a logistical center point for manufacturing and distribution.  Not only is Upson County centrally located between interstates 75 and 85, it is also one hour south of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and four hours west of the Port of Savannah. Additionally, Thomaston-Upson Industrial Park is served by CaterParrott Railnet – with connections to Norfolk Southern Railway.
